Mezquital, Los Portales, 48315 Puerto Vallarta, Jal., is responsible for the personal data you provide through this website, under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (published in the Official Gazette on March 20, 2025).

When you fill out the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, your interest (for example, the residence or unit you are interested in) and any message you write. We also record the page you contacted us from, the site language and the campaign parameters in the URL (for example, utm_source) to understand how you found the site.

We do not collect sensitive personal data or financial data through this website.

Primary purposes, required to assist you:

• Responding to your request for information about Kumo Living.
• Sales follow-up: contacting you, scheduling visits and sending the information you requested.

Secondary purpose, not required to assist you:

• Sending you promotional information about this and other CAM Grupo developments.

If you do not want us to use your data for the secondary purpose, email ventas@c21camgrupo.com at any time with the subject "No marketing". Opting out does not affect how we handle your request.

We share your data with Century 21 CAM Grupo, which markets Kumo Living, so that an advisor can assist you.

We also use technology providers that process data on our behalf, some with servers outside Mexico: Cloudflare (website hosting and cookie-free visit analytics), Resend (email delivery) and Telegram (internal notifications to the sales team). These providers only use the data to provide their service to us.

We do not sell your personal data.

You may access, rectify or cancel your data, object to its processing (ARCO rights) or withdraw your consent by emailing ventas@c21camgrupo.com. Include your name, a way for us to reply, the right you wish to exercise and, where applicable, a copy of your ID. We will respond within the time limits set by law.

If you believe your right to data protection has been violated, you may contact the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, the competent authority.

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate. It does not use cookies or identify visitors. The site may store the campaign parameters you arrived with in your browser (sessionStorage), only during your visit and only to send them along with your request.

Any change to this notice will be published on this page with its update date.
